Country Manager for Georgia

As a Country Manager for Georgia, Shota is a team member with the Global Alliances Committee at the International Institute of Marketing Professionals. He develops and implements marketing plans in-line with the Unit’s strategic goals focused on establishing IIMP® and its branded products and services as the “premier service” provider for marketers globally within the country.

Shota Lobzhanidze (MBA) has about 6 years of experience in several industries (management consulting, sales, customer service, online marketing, call-center operations and management), with background of analysis of Business Processes, Business Management, Public Relation, Marketing, Sales, Call-Center Management, Call-Center Supervising and Call-Center Operations, Communication Development and Customer Relation.

During his earlier career, Shota has successfully participated in over 20 different scope and type projects as a team member, as a lead consultant and projects manager. During the projects and professional career, he has acquired valuable skills such as leadership, creative thinking, team work, data analyzes, negotiation and mediation.

Shota owns the Bachelor Degree in Finance and Banking at International Black Sea University, and has currently successfully completed the Master Study (MBA) at Ilia State University (Tbilisi, Georgia). Currently, Shota is enrolled in “Manager CMMP” program and is expected to become a CMMP designation holder in August 2015.
